Co-Authorship of Rutter Group treatise

Jim has been the co-author, with the esteemed Honorable Karen L. Stevenson, Chief Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, of The Rutter Group’s Practice Guide on Federal Civil Procedure Before Trial for 2023 and 2024. This is a great honor and privilege for me, especially to work with Judge Stevenson, in continuing the great work of the Rutter Group on this significant resource dedicated to the Rule of Law and its application to federal procedure.
